About the team

The Product team at Airwallex is a group of passionate builders and problem-solvers who are obsessed with crafting customer-centric solutions that empower businesses to operate anywhere, anytime. We combine technical expertise with a deep understanding of our customers' needs to design and build unified, intuitive, and scalable products. Responsibilities:

• As Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch on topics
• Creating more delightful user experiences for businesses when they set up, monitor, and operate their online stores with Airwallex online payments
• Building robust clearing and settlement mechanisms that ensure businesses have full visibility over their expected cash flow and protect Airwallex from financial risks
• Improving Airwallex's reporting capabilities to streamline reconciliation processes for businesses and allowing them to fully optimize the online payments operations

Who you are

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications:

• 2 to 6 years of overall professional experience
• Experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, product planning and development
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline
• Evidence of exemplary academic achievements (e.g. high GPA, Dean's list, scholarship etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights
• Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods of time
• Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
• Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
• Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper growth startup environments, software engineering, financial technology
• Solid technical understanding and ability to engage in architectural discussions with engineering teams
• Hands-on with online payments or similar B2B domains with high conceptual complexity

Responsibilities：

• Develop and implement the company's product ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy. Responsible for creating and executing an integrated growth framework focused on enhancing app visibility and conversion rates, and improving search rankings in major app stores (e.g., App Store, Google Play). Analyze industry and competitor keywords to capture high-traffic search queries and consolidate the product's market competitiveness within its category.
• Improve user activity and recall rates based on user behavior data through diversified re-engagement mechanisms, such as precise push notifications, emails, and SMS. Formulate differentiated push strategies for various user segments to ensure precise matching of content and context, thereby enhancing user retention and satisfaction.
• Plan in-game activities that align with the product's brand identity and user interests, incorporating holiday themes and trending events to boost user engagement and in-game activity. Analyze and evaluate activity data (participation rates, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize future event designs.
• Establish and maintain user feedback channels, collecting player opinions and suggestions regarding product features and game experience. Categorize and analyze user feedback, extracting common issues to provide effective support for product iteration and optimization. Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to drive feature implementation and provide timely progress updates to users.
• Enhance player-product interaction through communities (e.g., Discord, Facebook, Reddit), building active user communities with a strong sense of belonging. Regularly host community events to strengthen player communication and loyalty, improving user retention and loyalty to the product. Monitor community dynamics to promptly identify player needs and potential issues, forming an effective user operations closed loop.

Qualifications：

• Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience in the internet or gaming industry.
• ASO Knowledge: Familiarity with App Store/Google Play optimization strategies and operation rules; successful optimization case studies are a strong plus.
• Data Literacy: High data sensitivity, capable of identifying problems through data analysis and driving optimization solutions based on data insights.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent user needs analysis capabilities and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to quickly drive initiatives to completion.
• Community/Social Media Management: Familiarity with social media or game community operations, with strong copywriting and event planning abilities.
• Attributes: Goal-oriented, strong execution ability, and adaptable to a fast-paced, iterative work rhythm.
