主要職責：

• 為公司尋找潛在的商機。
• 制定和完善有效的銷售策略和行銷計劃。
• 建立聯繫、協調並跟進潛在客戶的專案線索。
• 向客戶、顧問、建築師、設計師等推廣、行銷和銷售公司全系列產品。
• 與所有業務夥伴建立、培養和維護良好的業務關係。
• 透過人脈拓展、電話推銷、實地考察和參與行業活動來獲取合格的銷售線索。
• 與內部各部門（專案、銷售等）協調。
• 追蹤銷售管道並完成每月目標。
• 密切注意市場趨勢、競爭對手和即將開展的項目。

主要要求：

• 26-35歲。
• 應徵者必須至少擁有商業或行銷專業的文憑/學位，並且至少有3年的銷售和行銷工作經驗。
• 高度的敬業精神、積極主動性和領導能力。
• 具備良好的人際溝通能力，能與組織內各級人員有效溝通。
• 具備較強的溝通能力，英語、馬來語及國語口語及書面表達能力俱佳。
• 熟悉Excel、Word等辦公室軟體者優先考慮。

• Partner with stakeholders to understand their resourcing requirements and fulfil the request effectively and efficiently within the turnaround time

• Actively tracking and following up on the status from request to fulfilment on a timely manner

• Source for the right resource pool of capabilities that meets cost and requirements from the panel of temporary resourcing suppliers

• Manage relationship with suppliers and review their performance on resource management related metrics such as turnaround to present profiles, fulfilment turnaround time, candidate quality and attrition rate

• Review and facilitate the temporary resource contracts for signing and Purchase Requisition (PR) process

• Address and resolve temporary resource related issues, escalation and inform management as necessary for resource requirements

• Identify and continuously improve resource fulfilment processes and other resourcing/ workforce initiatives

• Support data analysis and reporting on supplier’s performance and any other requirement as required

Job Scope:
• Processing of Quick Purchasing (QP)/Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for those with basic procurement knowledge.

• Provide administrative support e.g.: ensure all supporting documents are in place prior to routing to the team for processing .

• Reviewing of all the online purchase requests and to check against the catalog items and direct them to the appropriate channel – via Kyberlife / allowing online purchase.

• Consolidate all the Pcard/Vcard purchase request and work with finance to ensure timely processing

• Assist Procurement Executive to follow up on the missing documents and to send reminder to requestor.

• Assist in other administrative work within procurement.

Working Arrangement:
Duration: 3 Months
Salary: Up to $3700/Month
Location: West
Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in any field.

• Preferably with some basic procurement experience, but open to consider those without experience as well.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Fast-learner and able to work efficiently
