工作職責：

• 深入了解關鍵客戶需求和要求（IKA 和 LKA）。
• 透過不斷提出滿足現有客戶目標的解決方案，拓展與現有客戶的關係。
• 負責制定和實施市場滲透策略和銷售目標，並與客戶建立牢固的關係。
• 超額完成或達到指定區域內的每月銷售目標/新業務拓展目標。
• 追蹤、監控和分析產品、通路和客戶的銷售趨勢，以最大限度地提高銷售機會。
• 執行並規劃其他銷售和行銷職能，以提高效率。
• 具備豐富的知識與經驗，能夠運用最佳實務履行職責。
• 確保及時向客戶交付正確的產品和服務。
• 作為重要客戶和內部團隊之間的溝通橋樑。
• 解決客戶遇到的任何問題和困難，並妥善處理投訴，以維護客戶信任。
• 在創造新的銷售機會、從而建立長期合作關係方面發揮不可或缺的作用。
• 使用關鍵客戶指標，定期向內部和外部利害關係人準備進度報告和預測報告。

職位要求：

• 持有工商管理、銷售或相關領域的文憑或學位。
• 未持有文憑/學位但具有LKA/IKA處理豐富經驗的候選人也歡迎申請。
• 具備銷售經驗，並能根據客戶需求提供解決方案。
• 最好擁有3-8年快速消費品產業銷售或大客戶管理經驗。
• 有MT帳戶管理經驗者優先考慮。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體。
• 具備較強的溝通及人際交往能力，善於與各層級專業人士建立良好關係。
