Responsibilities

• Process module ownership involving Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) process characterization and advanced process development for 3D NAND and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary: Maintenance & Service

• Perform maintenance and servicing of automation systems (AMR, AGV, ACR, 4-Way Shuttle, ASRS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and maintain service records.
• Manage spare parts (stock, tracking, and replenishment).
• Prepare basic reports on downtime and maintenance activities.
• Support and troubleshoot PLC, sensors, conveyors, and related systems.
• Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth system performance.
• Identify and carry out minor system improvements.

Secondary: Projects & Support (When Required)

• Support installation and commissioning of automation systems.
• Assist in warehouse automation projects and upgrades.
• Help with basic layout and workflow planning.
• Prepare and update project documentation.
• Track project timelines and costs.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Related Field (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related).
• Experience in equipment servicing or automation systems preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

You'll be own engineering excellence for our high-volume web and mobile channel applications, used by customers across the region. That means setting the technical bar and making sure it's met: governing architecture, enforcing code quality across internal and vendor teams, validating designs against what actually ships, and keeping CI/CD and code management practices sharp.

This is a leadership role for someone who stays close to the code reviewing merge requests, spotting technical risk and debt early, and mentoring developers into a culture of quality and accountability. You'll work alongside architects, product owners, and QA to deliver platforms that meet the security and regulatory standards of a major financial institution.

You bring

• Around 10 years building software for financial institutions

• Deep Java/Spring Boot and microservices expertise, with REST, gRPC, and Kafka

• Proven delivery of secure, internet-facing apps: SSO, OIDC/SAML, MFA, OWASP

• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, GitOps/ArgoCD)

• Solid database grounding (Oracle, NoSQL, ElasticSearch)

• Payments or cash management domain experience a plus

• Clear communication and a strong sense of ownership
