We are currently looking for Senior Process Engineer to join us on a permanent basis to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities:

• Provide MS&T support from project initiation through start-up, validation, and handover to operations
• Lead or support process design, URS input, and equipment selection during project phase
• Support technology transfer into GMP manufacturing facilities
• Ensure process intent is maintained through engineering, commissioning, qualification, and PPQ
• Provide MS&T support during FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, and start-up activities
• Review and support batch records, protocols, deviations, and investigations
• Act as a technical interface between MS&T, Engineering, CQV, Manufacturing, and QA
• Support process troubleshooting, optimisation, and operational readiness
• Work within GMP biopharmaceutical project environments

Summary

Todevelop and optimize AOI and reflow process technologies to ensure stable massproduction and high product quality in advanced packaging lines, and to supportcustomer and internal quality requirements.

Job

•          Develop AOI inspection conditions and perform defect analysis for bump, RDL,and TSV processes

•          Operate and optimize 2D/3D AOI systems and inspection parameters

•          Configure AOI inspection algorithms for new product designs

•          Set up process conditions and equipment configurations for new packages andproduction lines

•          Optimize reflow parameters and temperature profiles

•          Familiarity with quality tools such as APQP, FMEA and 8D methodology

•          Hand-on experience with major AOI equipment(e.g., KLA, onto, Camtek)

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out Design Safety Philosophy, HSE Plan, and specifications for fire protection systems (active and passive), HFE, etc.
• Participate in Process Hazard reviews and analysis, including HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies, and be responsible for actions close-out.
• Lead the HAZOP/HAZID/SIL workshops and other Safety/HFE workshops (e, g., SIMOPS, ALARP, SCTA, VCA. etc).
• Responsible for reviewing third party safety studies, including FERA, dispersion analysis, EERA, ESSA, dropped objects study, QRA studies, etc. (not limited to).
• Carry out similar safety studies independently, as required.
• Carry out independent design of active and passive fire protection systems and prepare Hazardous/H2S area classification documentation, safety and fire fighting layouts, escape route and life-saving equipment layouts, and other safety drawings.
• Carry out/lead safety critical elements performance standards, RAM, fire and gas detection mapping, etc., based on project requirements.
• Act as Package Engineer for safety and firefighting, lifesaving equipment.
• Manage and guide safety team engineers and designers on Concept/FEED/Detailed Engineering projects.
• Provide health and environmental inputs (including health risk assessments such as chemical exposure, noise and lighting, ergonomics/Human Factors Engineering, environmental impact assessments, etc.) to projects.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 15 years of HSE engineering experience in the Oil and Gas industry, in process safety/technical safety, and has worked a minimum of 4-5 years in a Lead position on similar projects.
• Involved in design projects for offshore (FPSO/Platforms) and onshore (Refineries, LNG facilities, Storage terminals, etc.).
• Should have worked on a minimum number of offshore projects (FPSO/Platforms).
• Possess good knowledge of Oil and Gas process facilities, local and international process safety codes and standards, and regulatory/marine codes and standards (MODU, SOLAS, DNV/Lloyds Register).
• Should have hands-on experience in plot plan review, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL classification/verification, and other safety reviews (e.g., SIMOPS, ALARP).
• Good working knowledge of PIPENET Vision, Flaresim, and other consequence modeling software such as DNV PHAST, etc., is needed.
• Ability to influence designs to achieve optimal HSE outcomes.

Job Description:

• Manage process-related scope for semiconductor construction projects, including cleanroom, process piping, specialty gas, and chemical systems
• Coordinate with design teams, vendors, and site teams to ensure process requirements are clearly defined and properly executed
• Review and verify process drawings (P&IDs, layouts, isometrics) to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and site conditions
• Lead and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of process systems
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with schedule, quality, and safety requirements
• Coordinate closely with other disciplines (MEP, cleanroom, equipment) to ensure proper system integration and interface management
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on technical matters, resolving issues and ensuring alignment
• Identify technical and site issues proactively and implement practical, timely solutions
• Prepare and review reports, method statements, and technical documentation for project execution and tracking
• Ensure full compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of process systems such as UPW, PCW, CDA, specialty gas, and chemical distribution systems
• Experience in site coordination, installation, and commissioning is preferred
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple priorities
