As part of the Process Engineering group, this position involves contributing to the development of thin film solutions for thermal management product.

The role also involves establishing and optimizing related process parameters related to dicing, mask design, plating/sputtering thin films.

Process Engineer (CNC Machining) - Milling/Turning/EDM/Lathes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Process Engineer (Machining) will be responsible for industrializing machining processes (includes CNC mill/turn, EDM, lathes) for gas turbine component repairs.

1. Process Development and Optimization

• Operate, and optimize photolithography equipment, including Canon i-Line Stepper / Canon DUV stepper / Canon Scanner systems.
• Hands-on DNS track experience to support lithography process setup, development, optimization, and tool performance improvement activities.
