Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steam Engineer located in Kulai. The Steam Engineer will be responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of a 20-ton water tube boiler system, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous steam supply for production needs.

The role includes analyzing technical issues, diagnosing and resolving operational challenges, and implementing effective solutions to optimize boiler and steam system performance. Qualification

3. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial boiler operation, specifically 20-ton water tube boiler system

5. Proven experience in boiler monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in high-capacity boiler plant

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in industrial products or industrial markets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, independent, and target-driven.
• Possess own car (monthly car allowance will be provided).
• Willing to travel as required.
