3. Data Analysis and Problem Solving

• Analyze process, metrology, and defect data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

• Use data-driven methods to improve process stability, throughput, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Provide technical recommendations based on experimental results and production data.

4. Documentation and Reporting

Required Qualifications

·       Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.

·       Strong hands-onexperience in motor and electromechanical design, including AC, PMDC, and/or BLDC motors.

·       Proficiency in CAD tools(preferably Creo) and engineering simulation software such as Ansys MotorCAD, Maxwell, Fluent, or equivalent.

·       Experience in aerodynamic or turbomachinery design, including fans, rotors, impellers, and thermal management solutions.

·       Familiarity with engineering drawings, materials selection, PLM systems, supplier collaboration, and cross-functional product development processes.

·       Experience with multi-stage turbine design, CFD, MATLAB/ Modelica, or thermal analysis tools.

·       Exposure to intellectual property evaluation, business feasibility assessments, or innovation-driven product development.

·       Experience working with global or regional supplier ecosystems.
