About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a high-impact digital transformation program for a leading enterprise client. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that drive personalized customer engagement, marketing automation, and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
• Build, test, and deploy responsive email templates using Content Builder, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
• Develop dynamic and personalized email communications leveraging subscriber and behavioral data.
• Configure and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys, Automations, Data Extensions, and related platform capabilities.
• Create reusable content and template frameworks to improve campaign efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution, including audience segmentation, personalization, testing, deployment, and performance monitoring.
• Implement complex customer journeys and automated marketing workflows.
