About the role:
This position reports to the Regional Head of Lending and will act as a joint resource to a pool of senior lenders and will assist them assessing and evaluating of credit risk and pricing thereof. The individual will gain invaluable experience by working with experienced Lenders on PB's credit approval and management system whilst applying the Bank's credit risk policies and procedures and underwriting standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out research on prospective borrowers and proposed underlying collateral
• Assist Lenders with monitoring of covenants
• Valuation of real estate and other non-financial collateral
• Closure of Tasks in relevant tools.
• Performance of periodic credit reviews

Key skills required:

• Posseses excellent Excel skills.
• Knowledge of advance data analysing skills will be an advantage
• Sound financial acumen. Academic or professional qualification in finance, economics or mathematics will be an advantage

• Fresh graduates who have graduated in 2024/2025 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024 or 2025.
