Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Coordination

Your Role

Mighty Jaxx is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Business Development Intern. This role will provide support for key operational tasks and help drive sales initiatives. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in both operational execution and strategic sales enablement.

Responsibilities

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

2. Minimum 7 years’ experience in wealth management space, along with extensive exposure to credit, loan and deposit and derivative products is required.

3. Experience and proven success with banking concepts including, but not limited to: investment real estate loans, concentrated collateral loans, aircraft lending, commercial real estate and bridge loans.

4. Experience in structuring complex transactions, credit and derivatives transactions.

5. Knowledge of account maintenance procedures, loan closing procedures, credit administration and compliance procedures.

6. Demonstrated understanding of wealth management including, but not limited to: investing, trust and financial planning.

7. Fluent written and spoken Business Mandarin is essential to support Chinese speaking clients from China.

This isn’t a “sit-and-observe” internship. You’ll be out in the field, working alongside engineers and project managers, gaining real exposure to how large-scale infrastructure projects are delivered.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in coordinating project schedules and tracking progress
• Support engineers on-site during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV chargers
• Help maintain proper documentation for ongoing projects
• Gain hands-on exposure by observing and supporting technicians and engineers in daily operations
• Work with cross-functional teams (projects, operations, commercial) to solve real-world problems
• Contribute to operational improvements and day-to-day business needs

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Nitec/Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Available from September 2026 to February 2026
• Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable with travelling to different sites across Singapore
• Open to hands-on work, including outdoor and non-air-conditioned environments
