Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

Processing incoming customer orders from email and our business systems.

Accurately updating shipment and inventory data.

Preparing instructions for the warehouse team and coordinating daily tasks.

Scheduling deliveries and creating essential shipping documents.

Performing final checks to ensure accuracy and prevent delays.

Communicating clearly with customers, delivery partners, and your colleagues.

Keeping organized and compliant records for all transactions.

Hands-on experience in logistics, shipping, or order coordination.

Practical familiarity with business or warehouse management systems.

Salary range between $2200 and $2500

• Mon to Fri 9AM - 5PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer requirements and execute operational activities for both new and ongoing project
• Process shipment requests to support new and existing project requirements
• Carry out secondary packaging and product labeling activities
• Liaise with customers regarding new shipment arrangements and booking coordination
• Coordinate communication between the dispatch team, drivers, and agents to support critical global pick-up and delivery operations, including warehouse packing and pallet preparation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage and maintain complete project documentation for both new and ongoing assignments
• Ensure all project responsibilities and procedures are strictly followed and compliant with established standards
