We are looking for an analytical, Collection and Recovery operationally experienced Strategy Specialist to bridge the gap between our debt collection platform and our clients’ day-to-day collection operations.

This role combines functional consulting, collections operations advisory, workflow optimization, and client engagement. The successful candidate will become a subject matter expert in our platform, understanding its features, workflow configuration, automation capabilities, and operational logic in depth.

You will work closely with clients onsite to observe how collection teams utilize the system in real operational environments, identify inefficiencies or process gaps, and recommend data-driven collection strategies and workflow improvements that enhance recovery performance, operational productivity, and user adoption. This role is ideal for candidates with strong exposure to collections operations, banking recovery, debt collection strategy, or functional consulting within enterprise software environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Functional Expertise

• Undergo intensive internal training to master our own debt collection platform, including workflow configurations, business rules, automation logic, segmentation strategies, and operational features
• Develop a strong understanding of how system configurations and workflow designs impact operational efficiency and recovery performance
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert (SME) for internal teams and customers during implementation, optimization, and post-go-live support phases

Client Operations Advisory

• Observe and understand client’s end to end collection operations, user behavior, collection workflows, and management practices in real-world environments
• Evaluate operational inefficiencies, manual workarounds, underutilized features, bottlenecks, and process gaps that affect recovery effectiveness
• Analyze collection performance trends, operational behaviors, and workflow effectiveness using data-driven approaches

Client Engagement & Consulting

• Conduct workshops, discussions, and presentations with operational users, collection managers, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Support the design, execution, and documentation of compliance monitoring reviews and thematic testing across all regulated jurisdictions.

• Collaborate with academic and industry partners by assisting in project-related research tasks, experiments, documentation, and technical discussions in cybercrime and AI security research.

• Support the preparation of research outputs, including literature reviews, experiment summaries, technical reports, figures, tables, and manuscript drafts for academic publication.

• Assist in proposal preparation and grant-related documentation in areas such as cybercrime, AI-driven cybercrime measurement, and AI security.

• Assist in building and maintaining experimental platforms, benchmarks, and datasets for cybercrime measurement, threat analysis, and LLM security.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related discipline.

• Research or applied experience in cybercrime measurement, AI-enabled cybercrime analysis, or LLM security through coursework, projects, internships, or research activities.

• Knowledge of cybercrime concepts and LLM prompt techniques.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, and Java.

• Familiarity with vulnerability analysis, network analysis, and cybercrime comprehension techniques through coursework, projects, or hands-on practice.

• Ability to support academic writing and research outputs, including literature reviews, technical reports, experiment summaries, and manuscript preparation for international conferences.

Job Scope:

• Assist Engineers in the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment. Diagnose errors and technical issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Support Engineers in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Produce timely and detailed reports regarding maintenance activities, project status, and any issues or delays.
• Follow all company field processes and protocols to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform any other engineering-related tasks as assigned by senior engineers or management.

Requirement:

• NITEC / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• 0 - 2 years of relevant working experience in similar position
