As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be working on:

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with day-to-day operations and functions.

· Attend to customers’ enquiries and issues, providing accurate, appropriate, and timely responses to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

· Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.

· Handle all incoming calls professionally, including call routing and message-taking.

· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services, products, and pricing.

· Monitor daily appointment bookings to ensure smooth outlet operations.

·  Schedule and coordinate customer appointments.

·  Perform customer registration, financial billing, and cashiering duties.

·  Address customers’ pre- and post-consultation enquiries.

·  Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front desk area.

·  Monitor and manage inventory; arrange purchase of outlet-use stock as needed.

·  Administer, record, and maintain customer records and files.

·  Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to support service quality and customer retention.

·  Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the clinic.

·  Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
