About the Role 

We are seeking a meticulous and technically competent Site Engineer to support our project delivery team in a role centred on Deviation and Anomaly Report (DAR) submissions, site inspections, and close liaison with LTA Qualified Persons Supervising (QPS) and site teams. Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

• Strong knowledge of public, private, and hybrid cloud architectures - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services

• Experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, and distributed switches

• Experience administering Nutanix hypervisor platforms

Job Description

To provide pre and post sales technical support for equipment distributed by BioLab. Responsibility include but not limited to performing equipment technical inspection and preventive maintenance, attending to equipment failure service calls, ensuring standard procedure in Service Department are followed and documentations updated and traceable.

Technical service support can be provided in the office through telephone and/or at customer site. Need to be independent, self-motivated and able to work under-pressure. Candidates should possess technical competency, communication skills, as well as technical analysis and problem- solving skills.

Qualifications/Skills required

-       minimum Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering from a recognized institution of education or 2 years relevant experience with a certificate from Institute of Technical Education(ITE)

-       Relevant work experience related to our industry will be advantages

-       Able to handle demanding and difficult customers

-       Able to work independently with minimum supervision
