The Accounts Executive (F&B Cost Controller) is responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate inventory management, conducting cost analysis, and maintaining proper financial records. Key Responsibilities

Cost Control & Analysis

• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure alignment with budget and company targets.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly F&B cost reports and management summaries.

Operational Support

• Participate in menu engineering and profitability analysis.

Compliance & Audit

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
