Contracting Platform Management

• Manage and support corporate and commercial relationships related to international projects.

• Support contract structuring, commercial arrangements, and transaction execution for overseas projects.

• Coordinate with legal advisors, financial advisors, and external consultants when required.

• Promote best practices in commercial risk assessment, contract governance, and transaction management.

Strategic Partnerships

• Serve as a key communication bridge between headquarters and international stakeholders.

• Facilitate executive-level communication, decision-making, and strategic alignment across business activities.

• Support senior executives in international engagements, negotiations, and partnership discussions conducted in both Mandarin and English.

The role functions as a strategic platform leader, business representative, and resource integrator.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of experience in project development, preferably in EPC projects across the power, energy, and infrastructure sectors, project finance, infrastructure investment, or related industries, including at least 5 years in a management role.

• Demonstrated experience working with international stakeholders across Asia, Africa, or other emerging markets.

• Experience engaging with senior executives, financial institutions, government agencies, and strategic partners.

• Prior leadership experience in an international business, project finance, infrastructure investment, corporate development, or related role.

• Experience working closely with China-based management teams and coordinating cross-border business activities is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive organisational growth and ensure long-term sustainability

• Lead the overall finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.

• Hands-on experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing processes.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into business insights.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for business requirements.
