要求

• 商業分析、數據分析、金融、銀行或相關專業的學士學位
• 必須具備至少 3 至 5 年的債務催收營運、催收策略、銀行債務回收或應收帳款軟體功能分析師/顧問經驗
• 擁有快速學習複雜企業軟體平台並理解技術配置如何轉化為業務成果的良好記錄。
• 具備強大的能力，能夠觀察日常營運實踐，識別低效環節或軟體變通方案，並制定數據驅動的最佳化策略。
• 具備商業頭腦，有信心與客戶利害關係人建立關係，提出優化建議，並有效地推銷能夠解決營運痛點的軟體升級或附加模組。
• 優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠自信地與第一線催收經理和高層決策者溝通並闡述想法。
• 願意出差，並在觀察、實施和優化階段投入專門時間到客戶現場工作。
