Requirements

Responsibilities:

• System configuration, administration and maintenance support

• Provide technical proposals and deliver with quality standards and deadlines

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, assisting with problem-solving and decision-making

• Participate in Cybersecurity Risk Assessment, hardening and VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing)

• Setup and configure for Network, Firewall and Switches

• Perform system cybersecurity hardening, verification and cybersecurity assessment test and VAPT
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity Operation or relevant disciplines

• Proficient with Cybersecurity principles

• Good understanding of cybersecurity hardening methodologies. scripting and tools

• Be familiar with Windows/Linux OS and have hands-on experience with Windows/Linux OS hardening and MS SQL Server hardening\

• Has knowledge in TCP/IP network switch and routing, CCNA, CISSP, Security+, CISA certified will be a plus

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the technical planning and delivery of IT infrastructure projects including system upgrades, migrations, new deployments and vendor coordination.

o  Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls and VPN — familiarity with cloud-managed networking platforms like Cisco Meraki and web security tools like Cloudflare.

o  Experience in infrastructure security including OS and network hardening, patch management, vulnerability remediation and endpoint protection like CrowdStrike.

o  Experience implementing backup, disaster recovery and cloud storage solutions, including recovery planning, testing anddocumentation.

o  Core IT infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, enterprise email platforms, and storage technologies suchas SAN and NAS.

o   Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, good communication with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and a collaborative, service-oriented approach to work.

Job Description

Define and perform DET characterization on hard disk Head/Media. Lead a group of Engineering Assistant, technicians and inspectors to perform Guzik Dynamic Electrical Testing (DET).

• Lead and supervise Engineers, Assistant Engineers, Engineering Assistants, Technicians, and Operators to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

• Perform full hands-on operation, setup, and troubleshooting of Guzik DET machines or equivalent HDD component testing equipment, with strong knowledge of HDD head and media component testing algorithms.

• Ensure consistent machine uptime and adequate manpower planning to support continuous R&D and Mass Production (MP) operations.

• Evaluate new machine technologies to support customer product roadmaps and prepare technical evaluation reports.

• Drive continuous research and development of critical Guzik parameters to support HDD performance improvement.

• Conduct in-depth analysis and investigation of media magnetic properties versus electrical performance.

• Plan and manage direct and indirect materials for budgeting, logistics, and inventory control purposes.

• Coordinate with other client sites for technology and methodology information sharing.

• Ensure compliance with ISO Standard Operating Procedures and safety practices.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience

• Degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.

Skills (Must have)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Working knowledge of evaluation and testing techniques.

• Knowledge of Visual Basic–based and Python software programming.

• Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, Spotfire, or equivalent software.
