• Provide strategic roadmap for N+, N++ and future NAND Nodes

• Serve as a technical expert within Micron contributing to technical projects for improvements to processes, procedures, and equipment

• Define and leads complex, multi-functional projects of critical importance to Micron, helps to define strategic direction

• Provide advice and counsel to management on significant technical issues. Leads and initiate innovation projects through patents/technical papers

• This position requires communication and collaboration with partners both locally and globally. Strict adherence to Micron Intellectual Property Protection policy is necessary

Other Responsibilities:

• Mentor new hires and less experienced team members on CMP fundamentals, process development, and Micron systems

• Engage with Procurement & Operations Central Teams and other partners both locally and globally pushing for breakthrough solutions

• As a technical expert, lead or drive team or sites on complex, multi-disciplinary projects in quality focused meetings, process and yield improvement meetings, cost, and productivity improvement meetings

• Using, applying, and leveraging AI, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and support innovation by incorporating AI-driven solutions and enabling data-driven decision-making across projects and teams

Education/Job requirements:

• Masters /PhD with 5-10 years or Bachelors degree with 7-12 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry with a background in Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) Process in 300mm wafer fabrication

Must Have Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience CMP equipment operation such as AMAT (LKP), EBARA-300X and next generation CMP equipment, optical metrology, profilometry, polishing slurries, conditioners, and polishing pads

• Experience in dielectrics/metals CMP process development on 3D NAND or other memory technology

• Understanding of various integration and structural impacts and constraints related to film deposition and other upstream/downstream processes

1.Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded in a timely manner.

2.Perform first level troubleshooting on all reported incidents and escalate incidents to 2nd level resolver groups as per work instructions.

3.Furnish and submit timely updates to customers on the status of outstanding issues within targeted Service Level

4.Maintain ownership of cases and follow-up on reported issues until closure and gather accurate and complete relevant information is recorded.

5.Manage customer expectations and notify Team Lead in the event of unusual surge in calls of a specific nature.

6.Handle initial classification/ prioritization of the incidents. Track the progress of resolution and provide regular updates for follow-up actions and incident status.

Key Qualifications / Requirements: Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a

related field.

- Proven experience as a Network Engineer, preferably in projectoriented

environments within the hospitality or integrated resort industry.

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and architectures

(TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, VPN, wireless, etc.).

- Experience with network infrastructure design and implementation,

including LAN/WAN, data centers, and cloud networks.

- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from leading

vendors (e.g., Cisco, Check Point, F5).

- Demonstrated experience configuring wireless controllers and

enterprise APs from scratch rather than only inheriting existing

environments.

- Strong hands-on troubleshooting background with production incidents

involving controllers, APs, and client devices.

- Direct Ekahau experience for both design and validation surveys.

- Familiarity with network security principles, including firewalls, IDS,

NAC.

Brief Summary:
We are in search of a proactive Test Application Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and optimizing test applications for semiconductor devices, ensuring exceptional customer support and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, debug, and implement test solutions for semiconductor devices on Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms.

• Support test program correlations and production release activities.

• Optimize existing test solutions to improve yield and throughput.

• Troubleshoot testing issues and enhance test methodologies.

• Provide on-site support to customers utilizing ATE.

• Gather customer requirements and collaborate with internal engineering teams to create innovative solutions.

• Coordinate with global application teams to ensure timely delivery of key project milestones.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.

• 7-10 years of experience in test/product engineering, specifically in digital and high-power device testing, with a minimum of 5 years in test development.

• Programming experience with ATE platforms; proficiency in C# .NET or VBA is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required within the Asia region.
