About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Risk Analyst to support the bank’s credit risk management function. This role will be responsible for credit assessment, risk monitoring, and regulatory reporting, ensuring all credit exposures are managed in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

You will work closely with both front-office and back-office teams, playing a key role in maintaining asset quality and supporting prudent risk decisions.

What is the job like?

Job Description  

To design and build Credit risk management solutions and strategies for entire customer lifecycle, i.e., Originations, Portfolio Management and Collections, for Retail Assets, leveraging data and analytics outcomes. 

The Role Responsibility:  

• Analyse diverse data required to develop risk strategies for the Bank 

• Undertake credit and fraud risk strategy design and development on lending propositions, with focus on high quality, delivery within agreed timelines and alignment with approved credit policy 

• Design, develop and implement data-driven risk strategies (cut-off setting, indebtedness checks, loan amount assignment, risk-based-pricing) for lending products using traditional, and non-traditional data  

• Decipher and incorporate local regulatory requirement related to unsecured lending in the credit risk strategy 

• Ensure new origination, portfolio and collections performance meets defined key performance indicators and within the defined risk appetite and ensure consistent application and enforcement of risk policies 

• Ensure that risk strategies are accurately tested and continually benchmarked with the help of advanced data analytics 

• Work independently with various stakeholders such as Product, Technology, Data Engineering, Analytics, etc. to align with business goals 

• Lead the effort on documentation and adhering to risk approval process related to risk strategy design and development

Job Summary

• Play a key role in supporting end-to-end project execution, technical documentation, and document control activities within a dynamic biopharmaceutical engineering environment.
• Coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams, manage critical engineering deliverables, and ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and GMP regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Project Planning, Initiation and Execution

• Plan, manage, track, and report on project schedules, milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely achievement of project milestones
• Manage and execute change controls as part of project initiation and scope management
• Draft and execute commissioning and qualification test protocol activities, including preparation of IQ and OQ protocols and reports (using KNEAT), in accordance with the site's C&Q strategy; ensure audit and regulatory inspection readiness at all times
• Oversee site works to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, site standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
