The Accounts Executive (F&B Cost Controller) is responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate inventory management, conducting cost analysis, and maintaining proper financial records. Key Responsibilities

Cost Control & Analysis

• Develop and execute a distribution strategy to raise capital for a U.S. residential-focused private credit fund across target investor segments (asset managers, IFAs, introducers, family offices, and other qualified channels).
• Source and qualify prospects, build and maintain a pipeline, and ensure investor eligibility aligns with Hong Kong SFC/HKMA professional investor requirements.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and due diligence sessions with prospective investors, demonstrating fund/product fluency and the ability to address questions on strategy, risk, structure, liquidity, and portfolio fit.
