Principal Accountabilities:

1)      Support Performance Monitoring

• Maintain ongoing collaboration with fund managers to collect, measure, and analyse investment data.
• Prepare reports that provide clear insights into investment results across private equity, private credit, real estate, and infrastructure funds.

2)      Lead Enhanced Monitoring Process

This includes:

• Valuation Reasonableness Checks: Apply hands-on knowledge and experience in valuing Private Credit deals.

• Using industry standard methods to value private credit investment
• Checking valuation reasonableness of Private Credit investments
• Documenting rationale and maintaining valuation consistency.

• Internal Credit Rating Assessments: Conduct internal credit assessments for private credit exposures, including:

• Analysing borrower financials and business models and assessing industry and macroeconomic risks
• Assigning internal ratings using established frameworks (e.g., Moody’s, S&P, or proprietary models)
• Documenting rationale and maintaining rating consistency

• Stress Testing: Perform stress tests to evaluate emerging risks within the portfolio and assess potential impacts on investment performance.

• Significant amount of travelling is expected to execute enhanced monitoring process

3)       Support the Automation of Private Markets Reporting and Analysis

• Contribute to the development and implementation of automated systems and processes to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting for private market investments.
• Enhance the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of reporting through automation and process improvement initiatives.

Summary of Job Position:

To assist the Financial Controller in overall smooth running of the Accounts Department, ensure the timely preparation of financial reports including forecasting and budgeting and also compliance of internal controls requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise the month-end closing of the books and ensure the timely completion of all financial and statistical reports according to the predetermined datelines.

2. Ensure all General Ledger accounts are reconciled monthly and material variances investigated.

3. Oversee Income Audit, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure the timely reconciliation of bank accounts, income audit and any unexplained variances must be promptly investigated and reported.

4. Review all journal entries, vouchers, checks, debit/credit notes, etc.

5. Check payment vouchers and ensure that the payments are supported by invoices and the required supporting.

6. Ensure inventories are properly taken and variances with book values are promptly investigated and resolved.

7. Assist the Financial Controller in managing the day-to-day operations of the Accounts department, ensure a smooth and effective daily work routine of the Accounting employees.

8. Assist the Financial Controller in the supervision, training and development of Accounting employees.

9. Ensure compliance to the hotel’s policies and procedures, internal control requirements and recommend changes to enhance the procedures as may require.

10. Co-ordinate the collection and compilation of reports and statistical data required by the management, statistics survey for hotel industry and other statutory board.

11. Attend meetings and take charge of the Accounts department in the absence of the Financial Controller.

12. Assist in internal and external audit and property tax submission.

13. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Role Overview

Thisrole is responsible for leading and supporting a regional transformationprogram for a Japanese major bank, focusing on the transformation andmodernization of credit management systems and digital platforms across APAC,including migration to a Global Shared Service Center (MGS) in India.

Thecandidate will act as a Project Manager and Business Analyst within the PMO,ensuring end-to-end delivery from planning through migration and post-go-livestabilization. The role requires strong expertise in credit management systems,digital workflows, and cross-border banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Program / Project Management

• Lead PMO activities for APAC-wide system and platform transformation initiatives involving multiple overseas branches
• Develop and manage integrated project plans covering system migration, application enhancement, and platform rollout
• Track and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across cross-border stakeholders
• Prepare executive-level reporting materials and facilitate governance meetings
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal technology governance frameworks

Credit Management Systems & Application Expertise

• Analyze and assess current credit management systems, applications, and digital workflows across APAC entities
• Provide subject matter expertise in credit-related systems, data flows, and operational applications
• Identify system-related risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Support standardization and optimization of applications and system-enabled processes for SSC migration

Target Operating Model (TOM) & System Transformation

• Design and refine Target Operating Model (TOM) including system architecture, application workflows, and platform integration
• Define roles and responsibilities (RACI) across business and IT stakeholders
• Lead migration activities including:
• Process and system documentation
• Training and knowledge transfer for system users
• System testing coordination (SIT/UAT)
• SLA/KPI definition for system performance
• Support system migration, including platform transition, data handling, and coordination with IT teams and vendors
• Ensure smooth transition with minimal operational and system disruption

Cross-Border Stakeholder & IT Coordination

• Act as a liaison between APAC branches, regional headquarters, IT teams, and system vendors
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to system integration, application performance, and data consistency
• Bridge communication gaps across business and technology teams
• Support decision-making through structured analysis of both operational and system-related impacts

Post Migration Stabilization & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor operational and system performance, application stability, and service quality post-migration
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including system optimization and workflow automation
• Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and operational maturity

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in financial services (banking and/or securities)
• Proven experience in: Large-scale transformation or migration programs, System implementation, platform migration, or application-related projects and PMO and cross-border project coordination
• Experience working with banking systems or enterprise applications in APAC environments
• Experience with Japanese financial institutions preferred
• Strong understanding of credit management systems, enterprise applications, and digital workflows
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country and system-related transformation programs
• Knowledge of system integration, testing processes, and application lifecycle is an advantage
• Experience in SSC or offshoring initiatives preferred
• Good communication skill in both English and Japanese (Business-level proficiency as mandatory) to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and clients.

About the role

The Credit team at Revolut creates and scales lending features that power global growth. They manage the entire product lifecycle, from backend systems to customer-facing experiences. By combining market insight, risk expertise, and technical precision, they deliver safe, forward-thinking solutions tailored to each region.

We're looking for a Credit Manager to design credit risk policies, procedures, and strategies for our retail lending features. You'll be managing validation of the underwriting strategy, as well as leading the charge for preventative and reactive actions to the market and product offering.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing account-level valuation and credit underwriting policies using NPV frameworks to improve portfolio-level economic returns
• Making data-driven decisions with a special focus on marginal decision-making
• Managing credit limits, risk-based pricing, retention strategies, over-limit policies, etc.
• Adjusting risk return requirements and managing/adjusting portfolio returns as new data comes to light
• Supporting the annual budget, forecast, and planning processes, from concept to delivery
• Tracking, communicating, and drawing insights from performance of ongoing initiatives, while staying on top of credit KPIs through intensive monitoring
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and managing the implementation of small-scale change within the Credit department
• Ensuring approval and good rating of first-line credit risk function from second line, third line, and regulators

What you'll need

• Experience managing the risk cycle for retail credit products, like credit cards, unsecured personal loans, etc.
• A bachelor's degree from a top university in an quantitative/analytical field, such as engineering, statistics, physics, maths, economics, or management
• A solid understanding of credit policy governance frameworks to work through 2nd/3rd line of defence in a competent manner
• A track record of delivering excellent results that exceed requirements
• To be forward-thinking to plan appropriately, meet multiple objectives, and proactively identify/resolve issues
• Knowledge of credit and behavioural scoring models, especially for retail credit products
• The ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, simple manner
• To understand the value of speed to market and balance between elegant problem-solving and business needs

• A master's degree
• Excellent working knowledge of SQL, R, Python, and/or other data analysis tools
