Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly accounts.

Job Description

職位描述

職責：

• 負責辦理與海關及其他相關部門有關清關的所有手續。
• 管理貨運代理活動，確保進出口貨物及時清關。
• 每日前往港口處理自訂文件提交。 （如有需要）
• 透過連接埠系統監控和更新容器
• 監控倉庫和港口的裝卸情況（如有需要）
• 辦理進出口手續（例如報關所需的K1/K2/K4/K8/K9/ZB1/ZB2許可證）
• 熟悉 EDI、大港網和港口 VGM 提交
• 與客戶和代理商溝通，提供正確的HS編碼，並根據詢問提供關稅/稅額建議。
• 及時提供報告和適當的分析
• 確保正確填寫文件並更新系統

教育/經驗/技能需求：

• 應徵者至少需持有SPM、文憑或高級/高等/交通運輸或同等學歷。

主要職責

• 為管理人員和員工提供人力資源相關事宜的指導和支持，包括員工關係和衝突解決。
• 確保完全遵守勞動法、法規要求和公司規章制度。
• 產生與人力資源相關的報告、指標和見解，以用於決策和合規目的。
