Manage personnel and accounts

• Train, supervise and organize the career development of the staff of the Centre.
• Assist staff to draw up work objectives that are congruent with our vision, mission and goals and to gauge the efficacy of staff members’ efforts through a system of appraisal.
• Attend conferences, seminars, networking meeting and workshops and to share information and expertise gained with other staff members.
• Prepare a yearly budget of the Centre to be submitted to the Management Committee.
• Recommend and implement personnel and financial policies decided by the Management Committee
• Monitor, control and to ensure that the operating expenses of the Centre are within approved budget limits
• Conduct regular monthly meetings with all staff to facilitate open communication, operational updates and team alignment

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with the Social Services Sector with at least 15 years of senior management experience in a medium sized social service organization or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or any other related field

• Good understanding of the social service profession/sector
• Must possess strategic agility to create a compelling vision for the organization, devise short-term and long-term goals and ensure all organizational activities and decisions are in line with the vision
• Must demonstrate experience in management, administration and human resources, sound understanding of governance principles, financial skills including budget creation

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Director – Business Payments to own the product vision, strategy, and delivery for our global cross-border business payments offerings.

This is a senior individual contributor role with one direct report, responsible for defining the roadmap, building core capabilities, and delivering high-impact solutions that enable seamless and scalable business payments. You will work closely with network, treasury, operations, and commercial teams, as well as external partners, to solve complex cross-border payment challenges for corporate clients.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and deep domain expertise in business payments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive the global business payments product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and customer needs.

• Identify, design, and prioritize capabilities for cross-border payment solutions, including direct payment rails, RTP schemes (SEPA, FPS, emerging markets), virtual accounts, and SWIFT integration.

• Translate complex business and operational requirements into clear product initiatives and delivery plans.

Execution & Delivery

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept, requirements, and design to launch and continuous optimization.

• Ensure products are scalable, secure, compliant, and operationally efficient.

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, network, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Capability Building

• Build and enhance core business payments capabilities, including multi-currency accounts, cross-border corridors, and payment scheme integrations.

• Ensure payment message formats and processes comply with global cross-border standards.

• Identify gaps in capabilities and define paths to mitigate operational, commercial, or technical risks.

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

• Work closely with internal teams (network, treasury, operations, commercial) to ensure alignment on product strategy and delivery.

• Engage with banks, payment schemes, and SWIFT partners to enable product functionality and resolve operational issues.

Commercial Impact

• Enable new business payment capabilities that support revenue growth and product expansion.

• Work closely with network, treasury, and commercial teams to ensure the network supports evolving customer needs.

• Professional Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in business payments, cross-border payments, or banking technology.

• Strong understanding of global payments infrastructure, including SEPA, FPS, SWIFT, and emerging RTP schemes.

• Proven track record of defining and delivering product roadmaps and building cross-border payments capabilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical and data-driven approach.

• Ability to own complex initiatives independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Be responsible for leading a sub-team under the Transaction Advisory Services unit, focused on, but not limited to:

1. Merger & Acquisition services; and
2. Transaction advisory and support services

• Lead a team of staff in delivering investor search, transaction advisory and/or support engagements and will be required to monitor project timelines and deliver high quality deliverables and service to clients.
• Take the lead on projects on engagements which are initiated and originated by you. You shall be the primary contact point for clients and/ or their legal advisors.
• Build strong and sustained relationships with clients and centres of influence (e.g. lawyers, sponsors, SID) and be able to provide advice as a trusted advisor using your skills, experience and understanding of transactions to the advantage of your clients.
• Coach your team members and assist in motivating and developing them as trusted advisors to our clients.
• Enhance the market presence, reputation and credibility of the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice of the Firm through the contribution of thought leadership, conducting talks and seminars and participating in committees relevant to the areas set out above.
• You will be required to work with the respective teams to improve current processes and quality of deliverables relevant to your areas of expertise.
• Work with our Advisory teams in Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) and/or other RSM member firms on cross-border engagements.
• Work with the China Practice Group of the Firm and Head of China Business in business development activities

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Transaction Advisory Services, M&A, and Litigation Valuation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and complex projects.
• Excellent relationship-building and business development capabilities.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and deliver strategic insights to clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in cross-border transactions and collaboration with international teams is an advantage.
