3. Core Responsibilities (Covered under $1,000 stipend)

A. Lesson Quality & Coaching Oversight

• Conduct minimum 3 quality check (QC) observations per week

• Observe lessons and assess teaching quality, student progress, and adherence to SOP

• Engage with parents/students for feedback or concerns

• Provide feedback and follow-up with coaches after observations/gathering feedback

B. Coach Management

• Engage regularly with coaches to ensure:

• SOP compliance - e.g. Highlight frequent/late cancellations or no shows

• Proper student progression

• Consistent lesson quality

• Communicate updates, reminders, and operational changes to coaches

C. Student Progress & Parent Engagement

• Understand goals and needs of students

• Proactively conduct follow-ups for at least 14 students per week - check in & update on progress after engaging with coach

• Manage SwimSafer test registration process & post-test outcomes

D. Escalation Handling

• Receive escalations from admin or coaches regarding:

Our client is a trusted construction material supplier with more than 20 years of experience. They are expanding their portfolio and is looking for a commercially astute Sales Manager to spearhead the rollout and growth of their building system solutions. This is a key role responsible for building market presence, securing specifications, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in the construction ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Champion the commercial success of building systems from market entry to sustained growth
• Formulate and implement market penetration and sales strategies for new product lines
• Establish and deepen relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and fabricators
• Drive early-stage engagement and specification with architects, engineers, and quantity surveyors
• Manage strategic accounts while identifying new business and project opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal technical, production, and operations teams to ensure project alignment
• Develop pricing frameworks, sales forecasts, and market insights to support business planning
• Deliver product briefings, technical presentations, and customer training sessions
• Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging market needs

Requirements

• 5–8 years of proven B2B sales experience within the construction or building materials sector
• Prior exposure to roofing and floor systems is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and tender processes
• Demonstrated success in account management and revenue growth
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
• Highly motivated, independent, and results-driven
• In-depth knowledge of the Singapore construction landscape

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall quality and safety of food products within the Central Kitchen.
• Ensure all products meet internal standards as well as regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and review food quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct and manage regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
• Maintain and continuously improve quality control processes and systems.
• Investigate customer feedback and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure all products are produced in compliance with established QA protocols.
• Enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operations.
• Monitor product quality standards and ensure consistency.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and relevant AVA/NEA regulations.
• Lead and manage all quality assurance-related activities.
• Support product and process development initiatives.
• Assist in R&D activities, including product trials, testing, and food tasting.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer/Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QA experience in the F&B industry (e.g., central kitchen, manufacturing, or inspection environments).
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP and local regulatory requirements (AVA/NEA).
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
