Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Quantity Surveyor who is capable of managing the full spectrum of QS functions independently. This role requires a high level of autonomy, as you will be responsible for the entire submission process and contractual management at the site level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Set Submissions: Manage the complete cycle of documentation, including progress claims, Variation Orders (VO), and Final Accounts.

The Quality Control (QC) Technician's primary duty is to ensure that a quality product is produced within a controlled environment. This role is engaged in different testing methodologies, ranging from molecular biology to the latest analytical chemistry techniques.
