RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Assistant Manager/Manager, Advertising Sales & Partnerships to join our Commercial Partnerships team. In this role, you will drive advertising, sponsorship, and venue partnership opportunities that strengthen Singapore EXPO's position as a preferred venue partner for event organisers, brands, and agencies. You will be responsible for growing revenue across venue-wide advertising and sponsorship assets, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering innovative brand activation opportunities that enhance audience engagement and commercial value. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in government and commercial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IT software solutions, enterprise projects, and industry trends.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in managing tender processes and government procurement would be an advantage.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing Housekeeping Operations

• Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
• Works effectively with the Engineering department on guestroom maintenance needs.
• Supervises the property general cleaning schedule.
• Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments.
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Supervises daily Housekeeping shift operations and ensures compliance with all housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
• Assists in the ordering of guestroom supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms.
• Supports and supervises an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space.
