1. Leadership & Collaboration

• Team Development: Lead the recruitment of a team of Pricing Analysts/Executives and train a motivated team to coordinate pricing strategy and execution
• Stakeholder Management: Chair coordination with Finance to ensure that pricing strategy is reflected in the P&L. Promote a collaborative environment between cross-functions (products, system, finance and key account management teams) that help resolve daily issues

2. Yield Performance 

• Weekly Forecasting: Evaluate sales forecast data , generate and present weekly yield forecasts, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor the variance between targeted vs. achieved yield and implement corrective pricing actions where necessary.
• Yield Strategy: Develop high-quality, simple, but consistent processes to ensure revenue is maximized with a similar pricing strategy for all agents and partners.

3. Revenue Integrity & AWB Governance

• Verification & Audit: Lead the systematic audit of Air Waybills (AWB) to ensure shipments are captured at the correct rates and surcharges.
• Reprocessing: Manage the team’s workflow for reprocessing incorrectly rated shipments, ensuring revenue recovery and preventing billing disputes.
• Root Cause Mitigation: Work with cross-functional teams (CTOs, system, and finance) to identify why rating errors occur and implement system-level fixes.

4. Ancillary & Cost-Linked Pricing (Other Charges)

• Surcharge Management: Manage and update all "Other Charges" (Fuel Surcharges, Security, Terminal Handling, etc.) across the network.
• Cost-to-Price Synchronization: Monitor underlying cost changes (vendor increases, fuel fluctuations, or regulatory fees) and ensure these are timely adjusted within "Other Charges" to protect net margins.
• Ancillary Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize service-based charges to enhance total revenue per shipment.

5. Rate Lifecycle & System Integrity

• Agile Rate Updates: Oversee a team of Pricing Executives in loading and updating Contractual, Published, and Market rates in the core system with 100% accuracy.
• Market Benchmarking: Periodically review and adjust published rates to ensure Teleport remains competitive and aligned with current market demand and capacity shifts.
• System Efficiency: Work with finance and tech partners to streamline reporting and develop automated forecasting tools to increase productivity.

Job Summary

Lead and coordinate cross-functional construction teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards while ensuring safety compliance and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of construction workers, subcontractors, and engineers to deliver projects that meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Monitor project progress continuously, identify risks proactively, and execute corrective actions to maintain project timelines and standards
• Ensure strict adherence to all applicable health, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders by providing timely updates and resolving project-related concerns
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and enhancing construction processes and procedures
• Interpret and apply construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to guide project execution

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction
• Proven ability to deliver construction projects on time and within budget
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and project management methodologies
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills demonstrated through managing projects
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

• In Charge of overall planning, implementation and completion of the multi millions façade package within required time, acceptable cost and top-tier quality
• Manage technical complications and on-site installation progression
• Coach and develop team members
• Liaise effectively with internal and external parties to achieve more energy and cost-saving façade works
• Maintain and develop networks with suppliers and installer to better serve client’s needs
• Report to SPM/ Project Director

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Project Management
• Have a strong background in managing aluminum / glazing facades projects
• Understand facade drawings and QA/QC codes
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to deliver quality products within budget and time constraints
• A team builder with respectful work ethics
