Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for leading the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.

9. Developing and maintaining the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with the defined standards.

10. Oversee, coordinate, and manage his/her BIM Modelers to meet all BIM deliverables submissions and information exchange schedules as documented in the agreed BEP.

11. Assist project team in 3D models and 2D shop drawings.

12. Provide training and support to other team members who are less experienced with BIM software or modeling techniques.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Structural/Architecture/Engineering/Construction/MEP or equivalent.

MISSION

Under the authority of the English International Stream (EIS) Coordinator, the Kindergarten Teaching Assistant works alongside teachers to support the well-being, safety, and learning of young children.
