Role Summary
As a Research Scientist (AutoResearch on LLM), you will focus on cutting edge AI-Driven AI development using Autoresearch(Automated MachineLearning) for Large Language Models (LLM). You will design and deploy automated research frameworks that autonomously discover. optimize, and train the next-generation LLM architectures. You will bridge the gap between hardware constraints and model design ensuring that the automatically optimized architectures achieve or exceed the pre-training efficiency and downstream performance of state of the art established base models

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and scale automated search and optimization systems (Such as Neural Architecture Search, evolutionary algorithms, or LLM-driven research agents) to autonomously discover optimal LLM architectures
• Analyze and integrate hardware level constraints (e.g. tensor parallel limits, memory bandwidths, latency, cache hierarchies, FLOPs, and energy efficiency of target silicon) into the optimization loop
• Scale up discovered architectures to perform large-scale pre-training. Ensure the final models meet to exceed the performance, training efficiency, and convergence rate of existing top-tier foundation models
• Develop accurate, cost effective proxy task, evaluation protocols, and scaling laws to predict full-scale LLM performance from early-stage automated search limits

How will you stand out

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Deep Learning
• Strong research background in LLM pre-training, Transformer architectures, and scaling dynamics

Role Summary

As a Linux Kernel Engineer, you will develop and optimize Linux system software for next-generation vehicle SoCs. You will work on kernel development, device drivers, system construction, and virtualization solutions, ensuring stable, high-performance operation for integrated cockpit and driving domain platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Linux minimal system, ensuring proper operation of CPU, memory, cache, GIC, timer, UART, and DTS components
• Build and maintain Linux platforms for various hardware environments (HAPS, VDK, EVB, etc.)
• Develop and optimize core Linux kernel functions, including boot, process scheduling, memory management, and performance profiling
• Contribute to Linux platform compatibility and virtualization solutions, and participate in Linux upstream contributions
• Compile and maintain Linux system documentation (design specifications, manuals, etc.)
• Optimize system performance and stability during pre-silicon and post-silicon phases

How You Will Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields, with ≥3 years of experience in Linux kernel development
• Strong understanding of the Linux kernel framework and main functional modules
• Familiarity with ARM64 architecture
• Proficient in real-time online debugging (JTAG/T32) and offline ramdump analysis for crash investigation
• Experience in Android/SDK development and using common Linux libraries is a plus
• Proven ability in stability tuning for complex embedded systems
• Experience contributing to the Linux kernel open-source community is highly valued

You’ll play a key role in building high-performance multimedia and compute solutions across areas such as display, audio, video, camera, GPU, and NPU.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and debug system software across Android/Linux stacks
• Work on one or more domains: Display, Audio, Video, Camera HAL, GPU, or NPU
• Translate product requirements into scalable, efficient technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware, and system teams to bring up and optimize features
• Analyze and resolve complex issues across kernel, drivers, and user space
• Optimize system performance, power efficiency, and latency

How you will stand out

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or a related field.

As a Senior UI/Visual Designer, you will define and drive the visual direction for AI-powered and intelligent cockpit HMIs, shaping next-generation user experiences. You will explore creative visual styles, develop multi-cultural design systems, and translate experimental concepts into practical, high-quality design assets for global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Era HMI Visual Exploration: Research and define overall HMI visual direction, explore next-generation visual styles enabled by AI, and collaborate with China-based design teams to develop reusable visual assets
• Overseas Localization & Design System Development: Define visual design principles and guidelines for localization, develop multi-language and multi-cultural adaptation strategies, and optimize UI, motion, and 3D visuals for overseas users
• End-to-End HMI Visual Design: Contribute across UI, motion, and 3D visual domains from concept to implementation, balancing creative exploration with engineering and production feasibility; support iterative refinement through test vehicles and real-world validation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Execution: Work with product, engineering, testing, and overseas stakeholders to drive projects forward, proactively identifying risks and dependencies
• Design Communication & Knowledge Building: Articulate design concepts and rationale through reviews and presentations, document design practices into guidelines and frameworks, and share best practices across teams and regions

How You Will Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in UI, visual, or HMI design, preferably for intelligent cockpits or advanced tech products
• Strong visual judgment, exploratory mindset, and ability to drive design under uncertainty
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, with basic 3D design skills (C4D, Blender) a plus
• Familiar with HMI design workflows, user-centered principles, and product-oriented thinking
• Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-cultural teamwork skills, including fluency in Chinese
• Experience in multi-language UI, international localization, or AI-driven/experimental design projects is highly desirable

As an Embedded Software Engineer specializing in boot and BSP, you will develop and optimize bootloader and system initialization software for next-generation vehicle SoCs. Your work will ensure fast, stable, and reliable startup and firmware management for integrated cockpit and driving domain systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver bootloader solutions including BootROM, BL2, BL31, U-Boot
• Develop and maintain device-side solutions for image download, burning, and firmware upgrade
• Optimize boot performance for fast startup and improve system stability, including restart and recovery mechanisms
• Support productization and mass production deployment of bootloader and BSP solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation such as design specs, manuals, and operational guides
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and system teams to ensure smooth integration and system reliability

How you will stand out

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, or related fields,
• More than 5 years of experience in bootloader, system initialization, or firmware upgrade software
• Deep understanding of the ARM64 boot process
• Hands-on experience with ATF (ARM Trusted Firmware) and U-Boot
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other hardware debug tools
• Proven ability to optimize boot time, system stability, and firmware upgrade reliability
