Job Description:

·      Organise and liaise with Home owners, HDB & Agencies, Managing Agents(MA), Consultants and Developer/Client.

·       Coordinate with various Project Team including Inter-Department.

·       Coordinate with Subcontractors/Suppliers/Vendors.

·       Conduct joint inspection and investigation works.

·       Schedule, arrange, supervise and monitor rectification works, in accordance to agreed/approved timeline ,procedures/processes, drawings and MOS.

·       Conduct safety checks to ensure safety compliance at all time(PTW, PPE, Risk Assessment etc.).

·       Manage and control resources given (mainly workers, materials, tools, equipment and cost)

·       Prepare inspection/investigation findings and closure report.

·       Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (Status of rectification works progress including achievement).

·       Evaluate resources given including Subcontractors/Suppliers/Vendors on quality, performance and productivities.

·       Guide and train workers to improve on safety awareness, skill and technical knowledge, in line with company SOP and direction.

Job Requirements:

·       Min 3 years of experience in related field. Experience with BTO projects is an advantage.

·       Able to communicate well and handle various stakeholders.

·       Good technical knowledge on materials, sequencing of construction and method of rectification works for multiple trades.

·       Possesses minimum a Building Construction Supervisors Safety(BCSS) certificate. Obtained Manage Work At Height certificate(MWAH) is an advantage.

·       Proficient in MS Office software. Knowledge in digital platform is an advantage.

·       Strong in planning, coordinating and executing works independently.

Job Description

· Report to Project Manager, oversee the implementation of construction works and be responsible for coordinating with consultants and subcontractors on structural works/drawings to ensure timely completion and quality standards of the project.

· Overall in charge on Structural Coordinated Drawing Production (Concrete Body Plan), material and method statement submission, ensure accuracy and timely submission as per master program.

· Review and submit shop-drawings, RFI,RFA,MOS,MAS and etc.

· Ensure implementation of sustainable engineering procedures and guidelines.

· Effective communication and coordination between project participants.

· Lead structural coordination meeting, and prepare relevant meeting minutes.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors on Structural issues.

· In charge on B-score and C-score documentation.

· Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.

Requirements

· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent.

· Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.

· Excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and “can-do” attitude.

· Relevant experience would be an added advantage.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Scheduling Software.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Report to Project Manager / Site Manager for the Arrangement of work

Liaise with consultants for the submission and approval of materials and shop drawings

Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site Co-ordinate the inspection work by Resident Engineer and clerk of works

Handling technical and engineering problems on site

Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedure on site

Monitor and co-ordinate the works of subcontractors Structure and Architectural work

Requirements:

Civil Engineer preferably registered with PE Board

Min 3– 4 years’ experience

Description

- Ability to analyse and work independently for assigned tenders

- Ensure completeness of next level taking off and verify on the formation of the tender pricing

- Assist the Senior Contracts Manager/ Contract Managers to manage the whole tender process, including site visits, taking off, pricing, negotiation with sub-con/ suppliers, engagement with consultant, tender clarifications/ interview and handover meeting to fellow colleagues for successful tender

- Monitor and review latest market accurately and advice on strategic pricing to win tender.

- Compilation and preparation post tender analysis

Requirement

- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying

- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in construction industry preferably under the tender department

· Attend off-site inspection at precast yard

· Manage all correspondences and documentation related to quality matters

· Prepare unit defects report upon work completion of each trade and follow up with unit rectification completion

· Perform checks to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for CONQUAS/ QM assessment
