Position: Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from start to completion

• Liaise with clients, designers, and technical teams

• Review design drawings and ensure project requirements are met

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of project management experience (design-related field)

• Background in design (e.g., interior design, engineering design, or similar)

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

Preferred:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Knowledge of project management tools or software

• Diploma/Degree in Design, Engineering, or related field

Industry: Metal / Engineering

Salary: $2,500 – $3,800 per month

Location: Near by Boonlay MRT/Pioneer MRT

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office

• Handle documentation, filing, and data entry related to metal/engineering projects

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams

• Assist in procurement, quotations, and invoicing

• Maintain records of inventory and materials

• Support project and operations teams as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of administrative experience (metal/engineering industry preferred)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Good organizational and communication skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• Diploma or equivalent qualification

Preferred:

• Experience in metal, construction, or manufacturing environment

• Familiarity with basic procurement or inventory processes
