Client Portfolio Management

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients, providing end to end support offering a seamless and comprehensive suite of services encompassing Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Payroll, Courses and Tax Compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Build and develop the rapport with new and existing clients to keep them satisfied with our services in order to get the most possible renewals.

Portfolio Acquisition

• Make outbound sales calls.
• Attending face to face client meeting to understand business needs and consultatively pitch our solutions.
• Build and enhance relationship with clients to grow portfolio.
• Report on sales activity on a weekly basis.
• Other general admin duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates with prior experience in related fields can be considered for senior position.

Roles:

The Audit Partner will be responsible for overseeing and managing every aspect of the audit process, including planning, risk assessment, and execution. They will also focus on fostering and maintaining client relationships, managing the team, and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and oversee all aspects of the audit process, including planning, risk assessment, and execution.

· Participate in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all audit-related matters.

· Manage staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time.

· Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.

· Review, finalize and sign off all audit reports, ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and clearly communicate the results of the audit.

Requirements:

o Audit professional with one or more of the following qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting;

- Possess CA Singapore Qualifications will be an advantage;

- Possess other professional accountancy qualifications from recognized accountancy bodies that are recognized in Singapore including ACCA / ICAEW /Singapore CA/ CPA Australia or equivalent;

o Big 4 audit experience preferred. Candidates from the mid-tier audit firms will be considered.

o Minimum of 10 years in auditing with at least 3 years in a supervisory role and currently working in the audit profession preferred.

o Knowledge and competent to handle all auditing areas and the International Financial Reporting Standards and the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards. Knowledge and experience of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles will be an advantage.

o Able to sign on audit report

Training Delivery:

• Participate in curriculum improvements and deliver course content in alignment with WLP’s curriculum and learning standards.

• Facilitate manual and digital assessments to evaluate and track learner performance and progress.

• Delivery of Core Accounting Concepts: Double Entry, Accounting Standards & Accounting Cycle

• Financial Statement Analysis: Guide learners on how to read and interpret the Profit & Loss (Statement of Comprehensive Income) and Balance Sheet (Statement of Financial Position).

• Interpretation of financials: Teach calculation of key financial ratios (Current Ratio, ROI, Gross Margin) to assess business health.

• Data Analytics & Visualization: Guide learners on extracting raw financial data and transforming it into actionable insights.

• Ensure learners meet the specified course learning objectives through engaging and effective teaching methods.

• Conduct engaging, practical training sessions (in-person, virtual, or hybrid).

• Adapt delivery style to suit different audience types (e.g., professionals, entrepreneurs, junior staff).

• Encourage participant interaction, learning, and real-world application.

• Provide practical exercises and simulations in financial statements analysis

Assessment Integrity:

• Uphold the highest standards of assessment integrity, ensuring that assessments follow WSQ guidelines and internal policies.

• Ensure that all assessment questions are marked, and learners' answers are accurately evaluated.

• Verify that all questions are answered and attempted by learners. Incomplete responses should not be marked as “pass.”

• Conduct and properly document oral recovery sessions, ensuring transparency and consistency.

• Prevent instances of “flashing” answers and address any behaviors that compromise assessment integrity.

• Ensure incorrect answers are not marked as "pass"; only correct answers aligned with the assessment criteria should be considered.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Complete and submit Assessment Summary Records (ASRs) and other required documentation in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner-related data.

• Ensure that all training materials remain up-to-date and relevant in accordance with industry standards.
