You will report directly to the Business Director and work closely with different internal teams within Viddsee to support the development of contents and campaign deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a representative of our vision, mission and culture.
• Oversee the marketing and advertising business, constantly identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell to existing clients.
• Understand client’s business objectives, challenges, and needs to deliver relevant solutions. 
• Actively pitch and drive new business pipelines to meet quarterly or yearly revenue goals. 
• Work closely with the Creative, Marketing and Production teams in managing campaign timelines and deliverables
• Understand requirements for each advertising/ production request from clients.
• Establish and maintain good rapport with stake-holders Eg from creative, production to marketing to fulfill all campaign needs and requirements.
• Be in charge of  all duties/follow up for all project related  requests till final deliverables.
• Reporting of end campaign deliverable results to clients.
• Run reviews with teams after campaigns to gather learnings and offer ways of improvement.
• Able to handle pressure and tight production timelines, 
• Collaborative, proactive, ethical, flexible and multi-tasker/  team-player.

Experience and Attributes:

• Relevant 4-5 years of project handling and client management experience. 
• Proven ability to organically grow accounts by creating great relationships, understanding customer needs and banding resources for success
• Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
• An entrepreneurial spirit and innovative mindset to leverage all the amazing possibilities at Viddsee

We are seeking an experienced Editor who is deeply passionate about storytelling and highly proficient in the latest post-production tools and workflows. This role requires a strong creative eye, technical excellence, and the ability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a critical role in shaping narratives, elevating content quality, and collaborating closely with producers, directors, and creative teams.

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor that is passionate about short form content and visual storytelling to join our creative team in Singapore which focuses on the creation and production of original and branded content across different formats as well as verticals.

This role will work closely with our creative teams and producers to create content for a wide range of online videos and marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end editing for both short-form and long-form content, branded content, and digital campaigns
• Take creative briefs/rough edits to clear, concise finished videos
• Translate scripts and raw footage into compelling, emotionally engaging narratives
• Collaborate with producers, directors, and creatives to achieve the desired storytelling vision
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines
• Create effective video content for various social media channels
• Execute advanced editing techniques including sound design, colour grading, and motion integration
• Stay updated with latest editing trends, AI tools and post-production technologies
• Optimise content for various platforms (social, OTT, broadcast)

Experience and Attributes:

• Minimum 5–7 years of professional editing experience in film, drama, or content production

• Strong understanding of pacing, story arcs, and audience engagement

The Art Director will be responsible for work produced on behalf of our clients, as well as any work created for Viddsee. You are required to help to conceptualise, produce and implement creative and content that solve both the clients’ and Viddsee’s briefs. You are also expected to maintain our company’s standards of creative excellence. 

You will report directly to our Chief Content Officer and work closely with different internal teams within Viddsee to support and create assets for a wide range of campaigns and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and help conceptualise creative ideas that meets our clients’ objectives 
• Participate in pitches and presentations to client.  
• Demonstrate a sharp understanding of project briefs and industry trends & insights to drive discussions with teams and craft exceptional pitch decks. 
• Work closely with the Client management, Senior Creative Copy Lead, Marketing and Social team, Production team to deliver remarkable and innovative ideas. 
• Stay ahead of global cultural trends and industry updates, and proactively develop timely ideas for real-time content.

Experience and Attributes:

• 4-6 or more years working as a Creative (Art) in the agency setting in the Marketing/Advertising industry. 
• Deep understanding of branding, visual attributes, typography, composition, color, layout, design thinking, and content strategy. 
• Skilled in adopting generative AI workflows while ensuring consistent, high-quality visual storytelling.
• An eye for concepts and cohesive visuals across fields like video, micro-drama, photography, illustration, and Design. 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and management skills with a proven       ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Persuasive and articulate in presentation, inspiring confidence and trust within the Internal team and with Clients. 
• A team player who nurtures an inspiring and collaborative environment.
• Skilled and proficient with Generative AI tools like Midjourney and Creative tools - such as, but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Firefly/Photoshop, Illustrator. 
• Knowledge of video editing tools is preferred 
• Great understanding of Social Media Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
