A PURPOSE

The role is to support Bank as a RE under Bank’s infrastructure team for hardware and software under X86 Cloud RFP contract.

B NATURE & SCOPE

Resident Engineer to be dedicated to support and service Bank for installation, troubleshooting and engineering work.

C PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Supporting and servicing of Bank’s request for hands-on engineering function at Bank’s Datacenters.

• Troubleshooting any hardware related issues.

• Installation of related software as per required for Microsoft, VMware for hypervisor layer. On-site and on-the-job training can be pickup and learned as the RE progresses into his job functions. The RE is not limited to above software, if he’s a keen worker, he can learn and install related software such as Red Hat, Chef, Veritas as per X86 Cloud RFP software stack.

• Installation and configuration of servers, KVM switches and cabling work.

• Server decommissioning and upgrade activities.

• Patching of latest software updates as required.

D REQUIREMENTS

• Possess diploma in Computer Science or professional certifications.

• Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in similar role and environment.

• Knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, or HP/Dell server would be an added advantage

• Working knowledge of products such as HP and Dell servers.

• Positive, openness to learn and pick-up new things, have initiative, able to articulate ideas and work with others. The fast-paced environment calls for someone who’s determined and able to work with others or alone, under stress.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Supporting and maintaining the office network systems (Microsoft, Firewall, Leased / ADSL lines, Web Portal etc)

2. Administer Active Directory O365, Hyper-V & VMWare(Windows), Network Servers inclusive of installing Operating Systems & Software, IT Security & Compliance

3. Hands-on experience in Ofice365 platform with Cloud based skills.

4. Handling & managing AD Server & MS Azure/EMS

5. Handling of Infrastructure (Firewall), Servers backup & Recovery.

6. Servicing of users requests and providing support for all in-house software & requirements.

7. Involve in troubleshooting and resolving of servers & laptops problems.

8. Carrying out the upgrading of the office systems (network, servers, desktops & related equipment / software).

9. Maintain proper records of all equipment, software, incidents, activities and services provided.

10. Assisting in the disposing of obsolete, defective or non-serviceable equipment.

11. As and when required, will provide briefing to the users on the usage of the office systems (standard applications, office network and related processes).

D REQUIREMENTS

· Possess Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.

. One (1) or more years of working experience in supporting network servers, desktops, notebooks and software in a network environment.

. Able to support network servers, desktops, notebooks, printers, switches, routers and other related equipment.

. Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (server & client), AD Server, Office 365 Administration, MS Azure / EMS Implementation, Hyper-V, Lotus Notes / Domino, Backup Application (such as Arcserve, Acronis, Symantec Backup Exec, etc) and other software applications.

. Knowledge on Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration is an added advantage

. Knowledge of database applications such as SAP, Web Development will be an added advantage.

. Good command of spoken and written English.

The role involves procuring hardware, software, and IT services while ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure IT products such as hardware, software licenses, and networking equipment to meet project and operational requirements
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing to achieve cost savings and value for the company
• Issue purchase orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of procurement needs
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and finance to clarify procurement specifications and timelines
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with vendors and distributors to support ongoing supply chain reliability
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning to prevent shortages and optimize resource availability
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contract terms, and audit standards to mitigate risks
• Manage procurement documentation including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes to maintain accurate records

Requirements

A PURPOSE

The Customer Partner (MA, Hardware/Software) the company’s sales and customer management activities by handling primarily inside sales transactions, maintenance agreement (MA) renewals, and digital commerce operations as a secondary support.

This role focuses on customer follow-ups, quotation support, renewals administration, and sales coordination, serving as a key support function to ensure smooth sales execution and customer continuity. The position is designed as a developmental role, providing exposure to managed services, recurring revenue models, and digital sales operations backup within a System Integrator and Managed Services environment.

B KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inside Sales Support

· Support assigned customers with day-to-day sales enquiries, quotations, and order processing.

· Handle inbound sales requests and follow up on leads generated from sales teams or digital channels.

· Assist field sales and senior customer partners with administrative and coordination tasks.

· Liaise with internal teams to obtain pricing, service scope details, and delivery timelines.

2. Maintenance Agreement (MA) Sales & Renewals

· Source, manage and submit new MA tenders in consultation with MA lead

· Maintain records of MA contracts, including expiry dates, pricing, and coverage details.

· Support MA renewal activities by preparing renewal quotations and follow-up communications.

· Assist in identifying basic upsell opportunities such as MA extensions or service add-ons.

· Ensure timely renewal processing to prevent service interruption for customers.

3. Sales Operations & Coordination

· Prepare sales (Hardware/Software) documentation such as quotations, sales orders, and contract forms

· Update CRM/ERP systems with customer interactions, quotations, and order status.

· Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, billing queries, and documentation accuracy.

· Ensure compliance with internal sales procedures and approval workflows.

4. Customer Experience & Relationship Support

· Serve as a first point of contact for customer queries related to orders, renewals, and contracts.

· Escalate service or delivery issues to appropriate internal teams in a timely manner.

· Support customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses and follow-ups.

5. Learning & Continuous Improvement

· Learn the company’s service offerings, managed services portfolio, and sales processes.

· Participate in training on products, systems, and customer engagement practices.

· Support special projects related to sales process improvement, CRM usage, and digital initiatives.

C REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications

· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

· Fresh graduates or early-career candidates are welcome to apply.

Experience

· 0–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, inside sales or administrative roles.

· Exposure to IT services, technology sales, managing tenders, maintenance related is an advantage but not mandatory.
