The Operations Process Analyst is responsible for supporting day-to-day service operations across Singapore and Emerging Markets while driving operational efficiency through data analysis, process optimization, and performance monitoring.

This role ensures smooth execution of service operations, including logistics and supply chain activities, while providing actionable insights to improve productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Operations Execution

• Support daily service operations across Singapore and Emerging Markets, ensuring smooth end-to-end case handling and service delivery
• Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities for service parts, including inbound and outbound movements
• Manage inventory to be in line with global targets
• Partner with field service teams to support planning, dispatch coordination, and timely service execution
• Ensure adherence to operational procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements

2. KPI Monitoring & Performance Management

• Track and monitor key operational KPIs, including service performance, inventory, backlog, and case resolution timelines
• Perform regular analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas of underperformance
• Highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and insights for weekly and monthly operational reviews
• Support stakeholders with data-driven insights for decision-making

3. Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

• Analyze service operations processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, turnaround time, and service quality
• Standardize processes and best practices across Singapore and Emerging Markets
• Support implementation of new tools, workflows, and operational initiatives
• Contribute to automation and simplification of reporting and operational processes

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with service operations, field service, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure alignment
• Act as a bridge between operations and analytics, translating business needs into actionable insights
• Support regional and market stakeholders in resolving operational challenges
• Facilitate communication and alignment across cross-functional team
• Support regional projects and act as the key liaison between regional teams and local market stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in service operations, supply chain, or operations analytics
• Experience in KPI monitoring and operational performance analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Good understanding of service operations, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, dashboards, reporting tools)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work across multiple markets and cross-functional teams
• Experience with systems such as SAP, ServiceMax, or equivalent is an advantage

We are seeking for a motivated individual who has hardware technical knowledge on x86 infrastructure enterprise products to join our dynamic team in Singapore. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, customer service orientation, and effective communication skills to play a crucial role in providing technical support, diagnostic testing, repair/resolution of hardware, operating system, virtualization, and infrastructure in dynamic enterprise environments.

• Provide field support based on SLA (24x7)
• Perform standby duty based on rotation basis
• Provide post-sales project implementation, onsite support and coordination
• Provide break-fix support including, but not limited to, machine inspection, system checklist creation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and replacement of hardware level, troubleshooting of operating system, incident ownership and customer management

• Ensure good housekeeping of equipment residing at designated platform area and maintain the work area tidiness within the engineering area

Requirements

• Able to lift and move computer parts < 15KG for parts replacement.
• Able to assemble and disassemble a server or desktop computer.
• Able to perform system rack mounting with minimal support.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Server+, or relevant certifications
• Candidates without certification, but possessing substantial x86 hardware experience, will be considered
• Well trained in x86 based systems field engineering, troubleshooting methodology, problem determination and remedial action plan

Sales Support Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan & coordinate the Preventive Maintenance schedule with customers & Field Engineers. Escalate to CS Delivery Manager for non-compliance.
• Dispatch Field Services Engineers (FSE’s) and assign service orders based on the advice of the FSE on helpdesk / response center duty or the Team Lead Field Services (or Service Delivery Manager) in the district
• Prepare billing for the completed Preventive Maintenance
• Generate Reports using excel ,vlookup and pivot table
• Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system following the call management process and quality compliance requirements
