Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on passive candidate acquisition.
- Coordinate and drive end-to-end hiring processes by partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, track recruitment progress, and ensure timely talent delivery.
- Manage recruitment operations, including pipeline management, candidate experience, interview scheduling, and referral program administration.
- Build and maintain a strong talent network to support current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously optimize recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate quality.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Self-motivated, independent, creative, and highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fast learner with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong analytical thinking, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively engage with a diverse, global talent pool.
