Job Responsibilities：

1. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer management, and onboarding support.
2. Proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels, with a strong focus on passive candidate acquisition.
3. Coordinate and drive end-to-end hiring processes by partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, track recruitment progress, and ensure timely talent delivery.
4. Manage recruitment operations, including pipeline management, candidate experience, interview scheduling, and referral program administration.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent network to support current and future hiring needs.
6. Continuously optimize recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate quality.

Job Requirements：

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
2. Self-motivated, independent, creative, and highly accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
3. Fast learner with a positive attitude, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
4. Strong analytical thinking, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outcomes.
6. Familiarity with the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3 industry is highly preferred.
7. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to effectively engage with a diverse, global talent pool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring HR practices support overall company goals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters to drive organizational success.
• Partner with leadership to identify workforce requirements, create effective recruitment strategies, and enhance retention programs to reduce turnover and boost engagement.
• Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, helping managers optimize employee performance and development.
• Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Provide insight and recommendations on job descriptions, performance evaluations, and salary structures to ensure competitiveness and equity.
• Cultivate a positive organizational culture, implementing programs to foster employee morale, engagement, and productivity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
• Skilled in managing competing priorities in complex organizational structures.
• Willingness to work additional hours or be available during weekends and Public Holidays when necessary to meet business requirements.
