Job Summary

Lead and manage a team of Shift and Assistant Maintenance Engineers to optimize wafer fab manufacturing operations, ensuring high equipment performance, product quality, and cost efficiency through technical support, training, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE 

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be the technical owner for tungsten deposition and etch‑back processes, with a primary focus on W deposition on the Novellus Altus platform. You will work closely with equipment engineers to characterize hardware, resolve complex issues, and continuously improve process stability, capability, and yield.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sustain, and optimize CVD tungsten, WALD, and tungsten etch-back processes, focusing on Pulsed Nucleation Layer (PNL) tungsten on Novellus Altus
• Drive hardware and recipe characterization on Altus systems to improve film uniformity, reduce defects, and enhance tool productivity
• Perform structured troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to resolve process excursions and chronic issues

Key Responsibilities 

1. Equipment Ownership & Uptime

• Serve as primary owner for assigned tools, such as Trymax and Axcelis tools
• Maintain and continuously improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR targets.
• Develop and maintain equipment health monitoring and baseline control (SPC, FDC, fault codes, alarms).
• Drive daily tool performance reviews, documenting issues, actions, and recovery plans.

2. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Plan, execute, and optimize preventive maintenance (PM) activities according to OEM recommendations and fab strategies.
• Perform complex troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, vacuum, RF, gas delivery, and software subsystems.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for chronic and high‑impact issues using structured methods (8D, Fishbone, 5‑Why, etc.).
• Coordinate and supervise vendor field service engineers (FSEs) and contractors during major interventions, upgrades, and rebuilds.

3. Process / Equipment Interaction

• Work closely with process engineering to ensure equipment performance supports CD, profile, uniformity, selectivity, and defectivity requirements.
• Analyze tool logs, SPC charts, metrology data, and wafer maps to correlate equipment conditions with yield and parametric performance.
• Support process qualifications, chamber swaps, hardware changes, and recipe releases.
• Ensure correct implementation and maintenance of chamber matching between AMAT and TEL tools.

4. Continuous Improvement & Cost Reduction

• Identify and implement improvement projects to increase uptime, extend parts lifetime, and reduce operating cost.
• Optimize consumables usage and spare parts strategy (buffer stock, repair vs. replace, refurbishment plans).
• Participate in or lead CIP / Lean / Six Sigma projects for productivity and quality enhancement.
• Support capacity upgrades (chamber additions, throughput improvement, software enhancements).

5. Documentation, Procedure & Training

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides for AMAT SuperE, AMAT DPS.
• Document all events, alarms, interventions, and changes in the equipment history system (EHS/CMMS).
• Provide technical training and coaching to equipment technicians, junior engineers, and shift personnel.
• Ensure compliance with change management process for hardware, software, and recipe modifications.

6. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all activities follow EHS regulations, company safety rules, and cleanroom protocols.
• Conduct and support risk assessments, LOTO procedures, and safety audits for gas, chemical, RF, and high‑voltage systems.
• Support compliance with ISO/Automotive/Quality Management Systems as applicable.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Semiconductor Etch area, familiar with Etch Equipment (Trymax, Axcelis)

YOUR ROLE 

• Meet the lab requirements in terms of Quality System (IATF-16949 and ISO-17025), WHS- RA (Workplace, Health & Safety – Risk Assessment), Ecology, Security (Environment & Cybersecurity) and 5S.
• Manage the laboratory equipment using TPMC and LabSys (Troubleshooting,  Buy-off, TPM scheduling, Maju/Lean Program, PM reports, Supplier/ GPO liaising, PR/PO management, etc.)
• Manage and improve Lab Equipment Failure history, uptime and downtime

Job Description

• This is a Planning role within the Outsourcing Subcontractor (Assy and Test) Management organization.
• Reporting to the Capacity Planning Manager, you will oversee the booking of ST capacity needs with our outsourcing subcontractors (OSAT).
• You will need to understand the outsourcing capacity available for your assigned portfolio against Demand Forecast (S&OP) plan. You will manage allocations between the various external plants and align the plan with the dynamic evolution of the demand.

Main Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly S&OP exercise with OSATs for your assigned product portfolio, book capacity and material requirements with Subcontractors
• Drive and coordinate the Control Tower reviews with groups (Demand & Availability Alignment calls)

Defectivity Data Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Engineer to join our Defectivity Engineering team in the wafer fabrication fab. The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics, statistical methods, and engineering knowledge to identify, analyze, and reduce wafer defects, improving yield and process quality.

The Job

• The Defectivity department is a Site function, meaning that you will have the opportunity to work closely with both Defectivity Fab SG6/8 and Fab SG8E.

• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools, and understanding of test application requirements, including data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, SPL, and PAT (EWS and FT).
• Proficient in project management and familiar with OSATs.
• Familiar with semiconductor tester platforms, handlers, and probers.
• Experience with test analysis tools, such as silicon.DA, is an advantage.
• Self-motivated and self-driven, able to commit to and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, and able to present and communicate ideas and recommendations effectively.
• This position requires travel to the region and may require travel on short notice.

YOUR ROLE 

To lead the regional supply chain team to achieve excellence in operational execution in the regional outsourced assembly & test suppliers (OSAT), that supports organizational mission to provide best-in class external backend packaging solutions for internal and end customers. 

• Responsible for on-time supply chain manufacturing execution via daily monitoring of loading releases and output of products via reference to company quarterly targets.
• Responsible for provision and driving of recovery solutions by reallocation and coordination of resources with close collaboration via communication with all stakeholders
• Responsible for formulation of customized solutions to drive recovery of any potential deterioration in key production metrices/KPIs. 
• Responsible for driving key subcontractors as manufacturing partners towards continuous improvement of service and operational excellence by providing recommendations via best practices or specifications.
• Coordinate OSAT QBR (Quarterly Biz Review) for continuous improvement and focus areas 

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Min bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role in semiconductor industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Responsibilities:

As an Equipment Engineer, you will be involved in

• MAINTAINING EQUIPMENT RELABILITY – Carry out equipment maintenance to ensure performance consistency and reduce equipment downtime.
• EQUIPMENT EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT – Analyze equipment failure pareto and carry out effective planning for corrective and preventive measures to maintain high equipment reliability and efficiency improvement.
• EQUIPMENT CAPACITY SUPPORT – Provide technical support on equipment capacity enhancement.  Perform analysis, organize, and perform retrofits for equipment installation and relocation.
• EQUIPMENT FAULT DETECTION –  Study of Fault Detection Control methodology and use analytic software to improve process and equipment control

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience in relevant field
• Good analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye to details
• High degree of interpersonal skills and able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams 
• Self-driven and independent with an inquisitive mind
• More than 5 years experience working on Axcelis GPL/GES/GESIP as an equipment engineer
• must have experience working on Axcelis Dry Resist Removal in semiconductor industry
• 5-8 years experience in the role as equipment engineer in performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting complex equipment issues in a semiconductor wafer fab.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and deep technical knowledge on Axcelis GPL/GES/GESIP
