Jobscopes:
- Plan selling activities for the assigned territories, identify potential clients through research, networking, and various prospecting methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent customer service, and keeping them informed of updates and promotions.
- Work to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue and optimal gross profits for the company.
- Effectively present and demonstrate the value proposition of the offered products or services to clients during sales pitches, trade shows, or other opportunities.
- Discuss contractual terms with clients, negotiate deals, and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and the subsequent satisfactory fulfillment of client’ orders.
- Coordinate with the marketing, product development, applications, technical service, administration support and finance departments to ensure full client satisfaction and convey customer feedback for improvements.
- Effectively make use of “Salesforce” (CRM software) to keep detailed records of selling activities, maintain an updated customer database, and report on sales performance to management in timely fashion.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed of market developments, competitors’ activities and products’ information to remain competitive and effective in addressing customers and their needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Biotechnology / Medical Technology/ Lifesciences/ Food Technology / Biomedical / Sciences related
- Prior internship and experience in sales or healthcare sector preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence customers at all levels
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Professional, self-motivated, focused and creative
