Obtain endorsement for scope of works (from relevant authorities / stakeholders)
Plan and prepare schedule for project implementation
Manage all Builders' and M&E works
Conduct weekly site meetings with client and all sub-contractors
Project Costing
Prepare and monitor project costing and overview of profitability
Commissioning and Handover
Carry out testing and commissioning of Builder, LAN, M&E works and etc
Conduct handover inspection with client and obtain endorsement
Complete defect rectification works promptly
Collate and submit As-Built Drawings and Fire Safety Certificate to client / landlord / building management
Submit progress payment claims/Variation Orders
Abilities, Skills & Knowledge (ASK)
Experienece in Project Management /Engineering /Design /QS
