We are looking for an Administration Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service management, and administrative functions across multiple outlets.
This role requires strong coordination, organisational, and problem solving skills to support business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service staff (4–5 members), including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
- Oversee customer service operations, including handling enquiries, bookings, cancellations, and escalated cases
- Develop, implement, and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and operational processes
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in financial and administrative tasks, including coordination with accounting, invoice tracking, and basic financial record management
- Support internal reporting, documentation, and administrative planning
- Work closely with management, instructors, and external vendors to support business operations
- Assist in operational setup and coordination for new outlet openings
- Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives
