Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of Source-to-Pay (S2P) or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions, driving technology enablement and procurement strategies while managing client relationships and professional services teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4-5 full lifecycle implementations of S2P or P2P solutions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
• Configure procurement platforms such as Zycus, Ivalua, Coupa, and SAP Ariba to meet client requirements
• Gather detailed business requirements and perform gap analysis to design effective procurement solutions
• Integrate procurement solutions with ERP and financial systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow
• Manage Change Management (MOC) processes to support adoption and minimize disruption
• Lead professional services teams to deploy procurement technology solutions and drive continuous improvement
• Draft and approve Statements of Work (SOW) to define project scope and deliverables
• Advise clients on procurement technology strategies and develop roadmaps for technology enablement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• 10–15+ years of experience, including senior consulting roles or professional services leadership in large-scale global implementations
• Hands-on configuration experience with procurement software such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, and Ivalua
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing complex procurement technology projects

Storage Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Storage Administrator to manage and support enterprise storage environments across NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, and SAN infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and data protection in a multi-vendor environment.

Responsibilities ·       Administer and manage NetApp ONTAP environments including clusters, SVMs, aggregates, and volume provisioning (NFS/CIFS)

·       Configure and maintain data protection solutions such as SnapMirror and SnapVault ·  Perform storage provisioning, LUN creation, mapping, and masking on Dell EMC platforms (PowerMax, Unity, PowerScale/Isilon) ·       Manage replication technologies including SRDF       Administer Pure Storage FlashArray and FlashBlade using GUI/CLI and Pure1 portal ·       Configure and troubleshoot Brocade SAN switches, including zoning and fabric management ·       Monitor storage performance, utilization, and capacity; perform forecasting and optimization ·       Provide L2/L3 support, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve storage incidents ·       Execute firmware upgrades, patching, and change activities following ITIL processes Requirements

Backup Infrastructure Engineer

Job ummary

We are seeking an experienced Backup Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Veritas NetBackup to manage and support enterprise backup environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NetBackup (10.x), Data Domain systems, tape libraries, and SAN infrastructure, along with exposure to cloud backup solutions such as Azure Recovery Services Vault. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of backup systems while delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities ·       Administer and support Veritas NetBackup Master and Media Servers in enterprise environments. ·       Manage and maintain NetBackup Media Appliances and backup repositories. ·       Configure and support Data Domain systems (DD9300, DD9400, DD6900). ·       Operate and maintain tape backup infrastructure, including IBM TS4300 libraries. ·       Manage and support cloud backup solutions using Azure Recovery Services Vault via the Microsoft Azure Portal. ·       Configure and administer SAN s witches (IBM 24/48 Port) and troubleshoot storage connectivity issues. ·       Monitor backup jobs, resolve failures, and ensure backup success rates meet SLA requirements. ·       Troubleshoot complex issues across backup, storage, tape, and SAN environments.      Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve critical incidents. ·       Follow ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management. ·       Participate in on-call support and handle escalations effectively. ·       Generate operational reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirement ·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or a related field. ·       5–10 years of experience in backup and storage administration. ·       Strong hands-on experience with Veritas NetBackup (10.x). ·       Experience with Data Domain storage systems and deduplication technologies. ·       Knowledge of tape libraries and backup operations. ·       Experience working in Unix, Linux, and Windows environments.
