To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and email.
To promptly to customers' in-coming calls. orders.
Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.
Issue quotations based on customers' requirements and follow up on quotations.
Provide administrative and sales support
Job Requirements
Good communication, coordination skills with customer and delivery staff.
Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.

Working hour:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5pm) & Sat (8.30am - 1pm) - 5.5 days
