Attending to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service with knowledge of product.
Create sales invoices, arrange delivery orders and take in payments from customers.
Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and after-service matters, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Follow up on due payments from customers.
Manage display items as directed by manager.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Prior experience in the industry is an advantage but not a necessity. Training will be provided.
Strong motivation in sales, shows good competency in communication and handling customers' matters.
Good team-player, has a cooperative personality and willingness to learn more on the job.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Able to work six days a week on rotation, including public holidays.
Bilingual can speak Chinese and English.
