Job Responsibilities:
Prepare tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc
Produce quantities measurement from drawings
Prepare quotations to clients, ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bid
Call quotations, including analysing and evaluating for costing of tender; or negotiate and award of subcontracts for project
Prepare / verify / upkeep of project variation work and site instructions for both subcontract and main contract works
Finalise subcontract and main contract’s final account
Source competitive quotes / materials / samples
Manage procurement process and cost control
Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
Prepare closing of projects
Maintenance of cost data management system
Ad-hoc duties
Requirement:
Diploma/Degree holder in Quantity Survey/Contracts Management/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
At least 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (General Contractor field)
Experience in fit-out, renovation, A&A or construction projects preferred.
Familiar with tendering, procurement and contract administration.
Good communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
General Reading and Writing in Chinese and English (in order to liaise with the English and Chinese speaking associates)
