Job Description

• Lead a Project Team of consultants, contractors, developer in daily-site activities
• Conduct project briefing, kick start meeting and responsible for periodic progress reports
• Evaluate the master programme and monitor work progress
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor progress claim, interim certificate and issue payment response
• Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions
• Monitor submissions and clearances from relevant authorities
• Conduct feasibility studies and recommendations on the development concept, preliminary programme and budget
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management/Project Management, recognized by Board of Architects/Professional Engineering Board/BCA.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in built environment
• Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
• Passion in people and project management
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
• Good written and communication skills

• Lead the development and execution of the digital delivery roadmap, aligned with company’s business plans and strategic objectives
• Drive the adoption of Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) across projects, in alignment with BCA frameworks and industry best practices
• Identify opportunities to transform workflows, processes, and service offerings through digitalization and automation
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital platforms, ensuring interoperability and a single source of truth for project data
• Identify and develop AI-driven use cases to enhance productivity, decision-making, and knowledge management
• Support the execution of company’s AI roadmap, including vendor engagement, proof-of-concepts, and deployment
• Explore and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g. automation, data analytics, remote supervision, drone integration) to drive innovation and new value propositions
• Drive user adoption of digital tools across projects and teams, including training, monitoring adoption rates, and continuous improvement
• Support Business Development by showcasing digital capabilities (IDD, remote monitoring, AI use cases) in proposals and client engagements
• Ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable outcomes, including cost savings, productivity improvements, and revenue opportunities
