Responsibilities

Required competencies and certifications

• Certification in Scaffolding SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION, SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR is required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or similar role in construction
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in construction safety is a plus
• Knowledge of drawing and design principles

Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and persistent Accounts Manager to lead credit control and collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments and safeguarding company cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead collection efforts to secure outstanding customer payments and protect cash flow
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on overdue accounts to reduce debtor days
• Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes
• Escalate problematic accounts to management when necessary to mitigate credit risk
• Implement and enforce credit control policies to maintain payment discipline
• Oversee accurate and timely invoicing and ensure correct application of incoming payments
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate receivables records
• Manage GIRO deductions and payment processes efficiently

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives for PQ, CPC, PDA, and Bussmann to achieve year-on-year sales revenue growth in Singapore
• Collaborate with Zonal Sales teams to deliver business and increase market share on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis
• Coordinate market analyses with sales team members to define accurate sales forecasts and plans
• Drive sales efficiency by delivering targeted product knowledge training to sales personnel
• Manage multiple interior construction projects involving electrical, ceiling partition, carpentry, tiling, awning, renovation, and fit-out works

Preferred competencies and qualifications
