Accounts Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable & receivable
• Issue invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes
• Process supplier payments and staff claims
• Perform bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Maintain accounting records and filing
• Assist with GST submission and audit preparation
• Follow up on outstanding payments
• Support payroll processing (sometimes)

Admin Responsibilities

• General office administration and documentation
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain office supplies and inventory
• Arrange meetings and appointments
• Prepare reports, letters, and contracts
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Liaise with vendors, customers, and government agencies
• Support HR/admin coordination when needed

Job Responsibilities

• In charge of full spectrum HR operation, recruitment and administration

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with Construction industry background
• Well versed with Singapore Employment Act
