About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised HR & Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for our beauty retail business. This role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, HR operations, and support workforce planning to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops high-performing employees.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare employment offers and employment contracts.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
- Prepare employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Conduct orientation sessions and company introductions.
- Manage employee exits and offboarding processes.
- Ensure company assets are returned upon resignation.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage leave administration and attendance records.
- Support payroll preparation and employee data updates.
- Monitor employee probation periods and contract renewals.
- Assist with performance review processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Compliance & Employment Matters
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Support work pass applications and renewals where required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date.
- Support workplace health, safety, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
Reporting & Workforce Planning
- Prepare HR reports and hiring metrics.
- Track recruitment progress and employee turnover.
- Support manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Recommend improvements to HR processes and employee experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of HR and recruitment experience.
- Experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or consumer businesses is preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
- Experience supporting work pass applications.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring frontline retail and beauty personnel.

Reporting Line
Reports to the COO / CEO.
This role will work closely with management, store operations, beauty advisors, and external recruitment partners to build and support a high-performing workforce.
